All the resources below are free to use and edit to fit your needs. Any documents on Google Drive, you will have to download and save to your own Google Drive. I will not grant permission to edit my files because that would change them for everyone. You are also welcome to download the PDFs, if that would be your preference.
I haven’t taught physical science for several years, but my hope is that some of these resources will be useful for others.
The Magnetism Stations Activity has been updated. I used this when I taught middle school Physical Science. We had fun with it and it was a great introduction and review to magnets.
Here are a couple of my labs and activities that I did with my students. Both of these are designed with more room for students to play around with building circuits and trying to make things work. One of the class favorites was the Quiz Game Card they had to build. I am also working on turning a steady hand game that I have into a digital version because it was just too much fun not to include!
Below are my vocabulary resources. The Blooket is new though, they definitely did not have Blooket when I was teaching middle school.
Presentations & notes below-these have not been edited. You are welcome to download them to edit or use as they are. I am adding fill in the blank notes pages based on the presentations.
Below are some of my resources for electrical energy and calculations. I’ve included PDFs of some of the files because Google Docs don’t format the same as Word and not everyone has access to Word. For the Ohm’s Law foldable below, print 2-sided and flip on short edge.
